Who am I?

I’m a therapist, a writer, a trainer, a storyteller, a supervisor, and a poet... A born-again Yorkshire woman, raised in Surrey, now happily settled in Hebden Bridge. I love reading, sewing, movie-going (Picture House, not multiplex), steam trains, narrowboats, jazz (any era), and live music in small venues. Art, dance, dogs (especially sighthounds), Northern Bloc ice cream, and anything made with rhubarb.

I hate racism, indoctrination, exploitation, injustice, cruelty, misogyny, energy drinks and okra.

Here's the official bit...

I’m an advanced Solution-focused hypnotherapist, an Ericksonian therapist and a CBT and NLP practitioner with thousands of hour’s client experience. I work with clients face to face in Hebden Bridge, HX7, West Yorkshire, and online using Zoom video conferencing software. I’m also a qualified NCH clinical supervisor for therapists, the founder and principal of London Hypnotherapy Academy, Development Director of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and a Fellow of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. La, La, La...

What you probably need to know is not my titles but what I can do to help you.
